I have a folder for my own business & website, client projects, social media platforms and even random folders for recipes or wedding planning! All of these folders work together, and I see what I need to do on a certain day in my ClickUp inbox. Whether it’s for my business or random personal tasks.

• Integrations – Syncs with Google Calendar, Google Drive, Slack, Dropbox, Figma (perfect for all designers out there), Calendly, Outlook, Zoom, and any other software you can possibly imagine!
• Team Collaborations – ClickUp is AMAZING if you have team members. You can see who views, comments or edits tasks and you can see what each member is currently working on.
• Connects Everywhere – I have Clickup installed on my computer, on my phone, as a Chrome extension and in my Gmail account!

An awesome feature I love is I’m able to share the folder with my client and they do not have to pay for an account. This allows them to see what I need from them and when I need it. It helps my client and I stay organized together during the whole design process.

They offer both free & paid plans! Honestly, the free plan offers so many features that you can’t find anywhere else. With their forever free plan, ClickUp allows unlimited tasks, unlimited users and 100MB of storage. This is usually enough for any small business owner!

If you’re looking to have unlimited lists and other awesome features, their paid plan starts at only $5/month (USD). Coming from Asana, who charges $25/month for the same exact features. Trust me, it’s so worth the small price you pay! I use it every day and couldn’t recommend it enough.

Asana was my preferred project management tool in the past. However, it becomes expensive as you grow your business and team. I know some entrepreneurs who pay $100+/month for their plan, and I find it crazy!
